Greg Radin is an accomplished construction professional with a practical yet creative approach to transforming businesses into profitable entities. With 29 years of hands-on experience in both residential and commercial construction, Greg has built a strong foundation in the industry. His expertise is further demonstrated by his multiple licenses and certifications in the construction and restoration fields.
Greg’s leadership vision recently led him to rebrand his company, Atlantic Restoration and Remodeling Group, LLC, to HOUZPITAL LLC. As the driving force behind this transition, Greg, along with his senior management team, is focused on positioning HOUZPITAL as a top-tier, nationally recognized insurance restoration franchise system. His goal is to leverage his extensive experience and leadership to propel the company to new heights in the restoration and remodeling industry.
With a proven track record of success, Greg continues to drive innovation and excellence in the construction and restoration sectors, ensuring that HOUZPITAL is poised for continued growth and recognition in the marketplace.
Director of Sales and Marketing
With a passion for blending strategic marketing with service excellence, Cathy serves as the Marketing Manager at Houzpital, a leading provider of restoration and home solutions. With 28 years of experience in the industry, Cathy specializes in developing data-driven marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and business growth.
Focused on the unique needs of clients in disaster recovery, water damage restoration, and residential/commercial cleaning services, Cathy has successfully led initiatives that connect businesses with the right customers. This has resulted in increased customer loyalty and long-term success for the company.
An advocate for innovation and customer-centric solutions, Cathy strives to make sure every marketing effort reflects the integrity, reliability, and professionalism that defines the restoration and cleaning industry.
Cathy holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management and Marketing from Sacred Heart University and is an active member of several industry associations and past president of the Honorable order of the Blue Goose, Hartford Pond.
Cathy is very passionate about philanthropy and is very active with the Rotary Club in her community.
Director of Operations
Joe, a people-first leader, prioritizes building high-performing teams that assist our customers during their most critical moments.
With over two decades of experience in the construction industry, spanning various areas of focus, Joe’s journey began as a hands-on plumber and heating specialist. As he gained valuable experience running a business and honing his entrepreneurial skills, he transitioned into the insurance restoration world.
For the past fifteen years, Joe has dedicated himself to building teams, growing businesses, and helping customers rebuild their lives. Prior to his recent move in October 2023, he led teams at three restoration companies before assuming the role of Director of Operations at HOUZPITAL.
Finance & Business Manager
Will joined HOUZPITAL as an accounting & finance intern in January of 2021 while completing his bachelor’s degree in accounting. Following his graduation in May of 2021, Will joined the finance department full-time and has been instrumental in managing financial operations.
With a strong foundation in accounting and finance, Will completed his master’s degree in accounting in 2024, further enhancing his expertise. Currently pursuing CPA licensure, Will is dedicated to advancing his career while contributing to the company’s growth and financial stability in the insurance restoration industry.
Construction Manager
David is a seasoned Construction Specialist with extensive experience in managing complex projects, and a strong commitment to safety and professionalism. Currently serving as a Construction Manager at HOUZPITAL, he leverages his skills and training to efficiently handle a high volume of tasks while maintaining a focus on quality and safety.
David holds multiple certifications, including an Unlimited Electrical Contractor License and Electrical Inspector Certification from the State of Connecticut, as well as a Construction Supervisor License from the State of Massachusetts. His deep knowledge of the National Electric Code further enhances his expertise in the electrical field.
Prior to his current role, David held several leadership positions at the Housing Authority of the City of New Britain, including Director of Operations, Interim Executive Director, and Modernization Coordinator. In 2002, he founded Electrical Resources, where he gained valuable experience in delivering high-quality service and innovative solutions in the electrical contracting industry.
David is passionate about using his extensive background to contribute to the success of his projects and ensure the satisfaction of his clients. His dedication to excellence and his commitment to continuous improvement have made him a trusted leader in the construction and electrical industries.
